How do I unshrink my beautiful new viscose/rayon dress?

Nope. Can't unshrink things like that. I did this once. Turned a short rayon dress into a shirt. At least, I could have worn it as a shirt if it hadn't also shrunk sideways so I couldn't even get it on.
