Analytical Questions about Their Eyes Were Watching God. Can you help me?

Seriously, what is everyone's objection to reading lately? It's a fantastic book, you should try reading it! But, since I hate to leave Hurston feeling hated I'll give you one: #1 - The pear tree, for example, represents Janie's maturity - there is a description of the flowers blooming just as she is coming into her own sexual maturity, noticing boys.
