A couple months ago, my partner of 17 years let me know she may not want to be with me anymore. I have tried to do all I can to salvage the relationship because I still love her and because I want to keep our family together. I care for her so much, love her and worry about what she is doing and that she is going to hurt herself in some way, not on purpose, but just the way her life is going. I am 42, she is 39, so it's not like we are young and partiers anymore, we are parents of 2 young children that should be our focus. I am willing to do anything to salvage our family, save our relationship, but I actually worry about our children when she has them alone. I have a 1993 civic that i recently bought. Problem is that i went to go switch the title of the car to my name from the previous owner, and they told me that the car was a parts car or needed to be demolished. Apparently the previous owner reported it wrecked to the insurance company to get the money but the car is almost in perfect condition except for the carbon fiber hood. 22" Murry, Briggs and straton push lawn mower?

Okay i just went to a salvage yard for mowers basicly and got a really old murry 22" with a old B&S motor. I checked the gas and oil there and put it on choke and after 3 pulls it started up and ran beautifully. I bought it, loaded it up took it home and tried to mow. (keep in mind this is a max of fifteen min from the time i started it and the time i got it home) I went to start it and nothing, pulled about 5 more times and let it sit just in case i flooded it. i went back out after about 15 min and pulled another 5 times, this time adjusting the gas from choke down to full and back. now i am here asking what is wrong with this mower. i just got it started at the yard and now it does not even want to fire. please help, its getting dark and i really need to mow my yard. Disk brakes from salvage.?

i have a 69 Chevy nova. i have just redone the front and rear drum brakes. but I'm thinking this on a hypothetical sense / maybe hope to do this. But would it be possible to go to a salvage yard and find a vehicle with front and rear disk breaks, just taking the whole backing plate. the whole assembly (all 4 of them). Then the master cylinder, distribution block, and power brake booster. Then mounting that backing plate to my nova (not sure how to do that but i'm sure there is a way). running the brake lines to the new distribution block and master cylinder. what are your thoughts.

What does fresh blood in stool look like?

I know from the title this sounds like a silly question. But I have seen parts of my stool (solid stool, not diarhea) look red. Not the whole thing, not in one particular place, and I didn't see a pattern. The red portion wasn't any more liquid or solid than the rest of the stool. The water didn't change color to red. I have purchased a 69 chevy nova. i'm going to try and use this vehicle as a daily driver. at some point in the near future im going to do a complete overhaul on the engine. How can i avoid gaining weight in Italy?

So here's the situation. I am leaving in a couple of weeks to go see some family in Italy for about a month, the problem is that gaining weight over there seem inevitable, which is a big disappointment seeing as ive been working really hard to stay fit. I know that gaining weight in Italy is a sure thing for me because i have gain a few pounds and comments on how i got a little chubbier from my last visit. This is making me feel really sad?

I really want to get this out of my mind, it's just bringing me down. I've known for a few years now that my grandparents aren't perfect, but I didn't see this coming. My grandmother from my mom's side has a problem. It hurts to admit this, but I think she is racist. I'm a 14 year old girl, my dad's side of the family is Italian and my mother's is Brazilian. the other answer is not correct. It MAY NOT boot, but then again it may boot. The issues is if the drivers are there for your laptop. The problem is if it died on her laptop, it is still going to be dead on yours. the operating system is not on your computer, its on the hard drive that you are going to take out of your computer. Yes the USB enclosure is a good idea, but if the hard drive is damaged it will not be good in a usb either. try the usb. If you decided to try it in your laptop, first turn everything off and let it sit for a while to take all the charge out of the system. that means take out your battery then let it sit. then put in the hard drive and see if it boots. if it does, you might be able to get something onto a usb, but don't expect it to work, it may not. Then after you are done, do the same thing again. turn it off, take out the battery and wait before you put your hard drive back in. It should not change anything. Just don't make any system changes that you don't want to deal with . the hard drive is where EVERYTHING is stored, drivers, OS, everything.

Can my ipod be saved?

Last week I was caught in a storm and my ipod touch got a little wet under the screen. It still played songs and the touch screen responded so I thought I got off lucky. The battery was low anyway and while I let it dry out the battery died. I couldn't see if there was any water left under the screen so I tried charging it. It was on charge for about an hour and responding well then it died. I guess there may have been water in the ipod still. I put the ipod back into a box of rice and left it for 4days. I tried plugging it back into the charger this morning and after 10mins itunes opened and my laptop recognised the ipod there. However my ipod is still dead (just a black screen) and although itunes can recognise its there it cant connect to the ipod. Do you think it will come back if I leave it on charge or do you think when I charged it initially I messed up the battery or hardware? I guess I'm just wondering if anyone knows whether its likely to be salvaged or if its ipod funeral time? My 11 year old son sees a phycologist mainly due to communication issues with other children. Do you think the term "average weight gain" is adequate for describing where indivdual pregnancies really are?

Everyone is so different and I think the "average weight gain" crap is all a bunch of crap. Every woman handles pregnancy differently and to put women into a small box of what's acceptable is ridiculous. Now I was about 25 lbs "over weight" according to the BMI (body mass index) pre-pregnancy, although I think that the BMI is a bunch of crap as well because according to that I should be 130lbs "normally" for my height and if I was 130 lbs I would look sickly like I was dying. So according to the fact that I was "over weight" to begin with I should've only gained 15lbs during my pregnancy. Things were going well in the beginning, I hadn't gained any weight, in fact I had lost 6 lbs. Then at 18/19 weeks that all changed. My belly popped out and I started gaining weight like crazy. Now at 36 weeks I've gained 45 lbs in less than 20 weeks even with eating right and exercising. But I've also had problems with weight my entire life, fluctuating back and forth since my teens. My doctor yelled at me for gaining so much weight but I've had no ill effects from gaining the weight, no problems with my blood sugar or blood pressure, it's just that my body took on a lot of weight. My boobs are huge and my butt, hips and thighs have all gained weight so most of the weight I've gained has actually gone everywhere else. My cousin is the same way, she eats right and goes to the gym and is still gaining weight fast, it runs in our family to gain a lot of weight with pregnancy. My friend on the other hand, had barely gained 15 lbs when she gave birth and she was TINY to begin with, according to the averages she should have gained at least 35 lbs and her son was born healthy So not everyone is the same and there's really no "average" it's all a bunch of bull in my opinion.

Are 1987 and 1989 Buick Riviera grilles compatible?

I was just given a 1987 Buick Riviera in good running condition because it was declared a salvage vehicle by the insurance company. Apparently, replacing the the grille, hood and some other connector parts was more expensive than totaling the car and paying a check for fair retail value. The person who gave it to me has 2 other vehicles, so he didn't need it anymore anyway. But finding the parts for this car has been a nightmare! I was told that the 1986-1989 Riviera are all the same body style, but then discovered AFTER I bought a used 1989 grille on-line that the 1989 body was somewhat different than the 1986-1988 version. The part hasn't been delivered yet, so I don't know whether I should keep looking. I've looked at some pictures, but can't tell whether the grille between a 1987 and a 1989 is different. I am a current resident of New Jersey, and mostly Italian-American. I used to live in Minnesota, and people think that the entire state of NJ is Seaside Heights...they fail to realize that there are dozens of Shore Towns completely different, and some alike. That is just the Shore region, there is a whole other state along with it. They don't know that it has beautiful forests and beaches, they just either think it's Seaside Heights, or Newark. I know a lot of this has to do with Jersey Shore and various other media depictions of the state. And they think it is all Italian-Americans, but in reality it's the most culturally diverse state in the country (it factually is). Why do people think that the whole state is like this just because of a few tv shows. Gov. Christie said it best "The Jersey Shore cast gives New Jersey a negative image" and "They ought to drop them off in Mauntauk and leave no bread crumbs to find their way back" The worst thing is that most of these people that are in these shows are New Yorkers.

Salvaged title on a Supra?

Iam 15, almost 16 and I posted one earlier this week about buying one used, for like ten grand. But then the people reminded me how much work and saving up I'd do in just one year. How do you take a generator head off of a generator motor?

SAn Disk Memory Stick Pro Duo water damaged, and is no recognized by the computer?

So I had this old camera its a Sony DSCW55 from like 2007 and it got water damaged accidentally. Since the camera was old anyway, Im not concerned for it because it can get replaced.
