Fundamentals of spanish b or fundamentals of spanish for college?

i will be a freshman in college and i need a foriegn language. i have taken three years of spanish. aced it with all a's through my junior year. i have been away from spanish for a year/ My goal is to get an a in foreign language in college. BEginning Italian i heard is similar to spanish and since it is beginners, i believe it should be hard. fundamentals of spanish required two years of spanish but im afraid it wont be as easy. i want an a. what should i take?
