I grilled a bunch of eye round steaks that I had marinated overnight in italian dressing hoping...?

that would tenderize them. It did not- at all! Is there anyway to salvage them? I was thinking maybe trying them in the crock pot with maybe some broth or gravy? Will they get tender and edible even after they have already been grilled? Anyone ever do anything like this before? HELP!
