Documentary about sex and violence in hollywood?

I saw a documentary a few years ago that followed the efforts of the filmaker while he was trying to pitch his doc to film studios. Basically he was pointing out how depictions of violence are more acceptable in American cinema than sex scenes. Interesting film, I forgot the name and have not had success with search engines. Anyone familiar with this one?
