Can I drive a Salvage car with a permit?

if your car has a title that says its salvage which are not the best cars i might add its legal u must at least have liability some form of car insurence or a huge ticket and the permit is just to learn and gain exspirence with a liscence adult in the front seat and defiently not to mess around with
