Xbox 360 open tray only?

so yesterday my xbox stopped reading my games. Any game that i have that i put in there all it says is open tray. Ive tried various things in order to fix it but none of its worked. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions too fix this? Note that i do not have money too buy a new xbox or a way too salvage a new disk tray at the moment
