Notorizing salvage title?

I purchased a salvage title car today and I was wondering how this all works. I live in Ohio and the car has a Pennsylvania salvage title. Do I just pay the Ohio tax and they will give me an Ohio salvage title? And does the the Pennsylvania title need to be notorized since its salvage?
