Is it true that the Nazi film ''The Eternal Jew'' was nominated for 4 oscars. One being 'most true depiction'?

Wouldn't surprise me. In 1915 "The Birth of a Nation" was critically acclaimed as well. Even president Woodrow Wilson praised this film for it's "accuracy".
