Do scholars believe that Jesus was Caucasian and had brown hair and beard with blue eyes?

I don't know if you addressed your question to scholars only, or was it for everyone to take a look. My knowledge says Jesus was not a caucasian but he belonged to the tribes of Israel. Israelis were all from Egypt and that's it.
