Are Italian-Americans more religious and socially conservative than Italians in Italy?

From your experiences, are there differences in how religious and socially conservative Italian-Americans are in comparison to Italians in Italy? And I'm speaking about Italians who's family have lived in the United States for ages, like over 100 years.
